Nevada LLC Filing Fees: What You Actually Pay (2026)
If you have seen Nevada advertised as a $75 state, read this page before you budget. The $75 covers only the Articles of Organization, and Nevada law makes two more filings mandatory in the same transaction. The state collects $425 from every new standard LLC. Below is the complete picture: formation, the recurring annual fees, and our service pricing, with nothing hidden.
Formation: the Mandatory $425 Bundle
| Filing | Fee | Statute |
|---|---|---|
| Articles of Organization | $75 | NRS 86.561(1)(a) |
| Initial List of Managers or Managing Members | $150 | NRS 86.263 |
| State Business License | $200 | NRS 76.100 |
| Total paid to the state at formation | $425 |
The Initial List must accompany the Articles, and the State Business License is required at the time of the initial list. All three fees land in one checkout, whether you file through the official SilverFlume portal or by paper with the Nevada Secretary of State.
Recurring Annual Fees: $350 Per Year
Nevada's version of the annual report is the Annual List of Managers or Managing Members, paired with the State Business License renewal:
| Filing | Fee |
|---|---|
| Annual List of Managers or Managing Members | $150 |
| State Business License renewal | $200 |
| Total each year | $350 |
Both are due by the last day of your LLC's anniversary month. File late and Nevada adds $75 on the list plus $100 on the license, $175 in penalties on top of the $350 you still owe. The annual requirements page walks through the deadline and the Default status that follows a miss.
There is no Nevada state income tax, which softens the recurring bill considerably.
